INTRODUCTION Native Partnership for Housing (NPH) serves the housing and homeownership needs of Native and non-Native clients in the Four Corners region in both remote and urban areas. We offer a full range of services. We provide financial education and counseling for home buyers, flexible and affordable mortgage lending products, and with our subsidiary Clear Water Construction Partners, we deliver quality design, build and remodel services. NPH is a free-standing CDFI, the only one not dedicated to a specific tribe or tribal market. We are a charter member of NeighborWorks and a Certified HUD Approved Counseling Organization. We are the only Native non-profit to have all three credentials. NPH serves our clients with integrity, accountability, quality, and innovation. As a trusted and transparent partner, we are committed to the highest ethical standards to meet the needs of our clients. BACKGROUND & HISTORY NPH, one of the first Native Community Development Financial Institutions in the U.S., was founded in 1996 as Navajo Partnership for Housing with the mission to empower Navajo families with financial knowledge and skills necessary to purchase or renovate their own homes. Until Navajo Partnership for Housing was established, no financing or mortgage credit was available on the Navajo Nation. In its 22 year history, the organization produced more than $60 million in loans and down-payment assistance, provided Home Buyer Education to nearly 4,000 families, and assisted close to 700 families. In 2014, the organization expanded its mission to serve all Native and (eventually) non-Native clients and changed our name to Native Partnership for Housing which better described our expanded scope. Today the company is known as NPH. NPH has established two C-Corp Subsidiaries, Native Investment Holdings, Inc. and Clear Water Construction Partners, Inc. With Clear Water Construction, NPH gains critical control over home building costs, quality and scheduling. MISSION STATEMENT Native Partnership for Housing strives to empower Families and Individuals to become successful homeowners and tenants, while we Build Homes and Contribute to Community Economic Development. VISION STATEMENT We envision Resilient, Self-Reliant Communities where Quality Housing, Home Ownership and Economic Development provide Opportunities to raise strong and healthy families.

About Us Your Community Partner The Santa Fe Community Housing Trust is an independent community development 501(c)3 nonprofit corporation based in Santa Fe, serving not only the City of Santa Fe, but other northern New Mexico counties as well. Since our founding in 1992, we have been instrumental in establishing many affordable housing efforts in the Santa Fe area, such as the first homebuyer training and counseling program, and the Santa Fe Affordable Housing Round Table and Trust Fund. Our current activities are the result of years of innovation and program development in response to real community housing needs. Former Housing Trust Executive Director Sharron Welsh In 1992 the City of Santa Fe, Enterprise Community Partners, and existing housing nonprofit groups realized the need for an umbrella housing organization that could directly assist potential homeowners and work to obtain land, project financing, and other resources needed to accelerate affordable housing efforts in Santa Fe. The fledgling Santa Fe Community Housing Trust was tapped for these roles and the Executive Director, Sharron Welsh, was hired as the organization’s first employee. Since our founding, The Santa Fe Community Housing Trust has grown to a multi-million-dollar operation with 9 employees currently. Our organization has built and sold nearly 720 affordable homes and 140 affordable rental apartments. We have provided hands-on training and individual counseling for nearly 5,500 potential homeowners and provided home purchase loans to 2,500 lower-income families. We have also assisted more than 500 renters through special programs for homeless and disabled clients.
